The world's largest technology company is looking to expand their Dutch Technical Server Support team in Leixlip. You would be the first point of contact for customers, to remotely diagnose and repair issues related to HW of servers. If you are able to build a computer, you might be exactly what we are looking for.

Your job will be:
*To provide first-line technical support
*Work remotely to diagnose and solve customer problems, over the phone, via web collaboration and email
*Support clients to fix, diagnose, configure, take apart and put together their servers
*Track and document customer and problem information.

To be the best fit you will need:
*Fluency in Dutch and English
*Good knowledge of computer/server architecture
*Knowledge of how to take computer or server apart and put it back together
*Good client facing skills

*Experience with Windows Server and Linux based OS preferred
*Certification in A+ and N+ preferred

For your work you can expect:
