countries and territories. The Cork branch is currently recruiting for enthusiastic Sales & Service Associates.
The role: Loyalty and Care Associate
To support the Loyalty & Care Services Desk by offering polite, friendly and helpful services to the guests, making reservations, answering queries on the Loyalty programme.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Verify all reservation information with customers to ensure accuracy.
* Explain guarantee and cancellation policies to customers.
* Input and access data in the reservation system by entering correct information into proper fields.
* Understand Case Management essentials
* Deliver an effortless customer experience by responding positively and timely to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
* Anticipate customer needs, including asking questions to help discover sales opportunities and overcome objections based on knowing what your customer needs
* Provide personalised service to our customers
Position Pre-requisites:
* Fluency in English and German or Dutch.
* Second Level/Leaving Certificate equivalent.
* At least 1 year related work experience.
Location: Cork - Blackpool
