My client based in Dublin City is currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to work in their Conveyancing/Property department.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure an interesting legal support role within the Firm, where you will be supporting one of the firm's partners.

What the role entails:
*Prepare correspondence and documents from digital dictation;
*Preparing briefs;
*Supporting at total of four fee earners across a wide spectrum of law.
*Creating, amending and formatting legal documents and templates with a high degree of accuracy;
*File management, including electronic filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving;
*Cover reception when required

The candidate:
*Legal Secretary experience in a Conveyancing or Property role
*Must have experience of working as a Legal Secretary with strong dictation experience;
*Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel;
*Attention to detail and accuracy essential;
*Excellent administration and organisation skills;
*Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
*The candidate should have a positive, helpful and cheerful attitude.
