Our Client based in South Dublin are looking for a Head Chef to manage their Busy Kitchen.

Day time hours only.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience running their own kitchen and be HACCP trained.

They must be hard worker, clean and tidy and be able to manage food cost.

Duties:

Co-ordinate rosters & stock takes
Manage & control a very busy kitchen
Menu planning & execution
Training of junior staff
Constant upkeep of HACCP within kitchen
Purchasing & stock control.
