We are recruiting a Process Excellence professional who works in our clients European structure, based in Ireland.

Process Excellence Specialist Defines, designs and implements process improvement as part of the Process One Approach that we follow in our clients Digital Operations (CDO).
Defines, designs and implements processes for new workflows that needs to be setup as a result of new business or change in scope of business.
Ensure integration and alignment vertically and horizontally across organization. Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies and CDO priorities.
Facilitates and coach improvement teams.
Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success.
Installs process excellence support for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications and rewards.
Applies Six Sigma methodologies in order to boost process compliance as per Risk and Compliance guidelines in order to enhance the compliance strategy.
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma and change management methodologies and have appropriate levels of certification for the role.

Responsibilities

Completes Process Improvement projects, as assigned, with limited levels of Master Black Belt direction and support by leading teams in the application of Lean and Six Sigma tools to solve business problems.
Leads and delivers large, complex Process Excellence projects/initiatives following Lean Six Sigma methods and concepts.
Develops projects through the DMAIC or Kaizen methodology (whichever best benefits the business, including localized automation solutions), while considering potential project risks.
Contributes to the identification of projects that meet strategic objectives.
Monitors monthly Process Excellence performance metrics to ensure that organization objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, Compliance and quality are met.
Displays continuously the characteristics of a change leader in the organization. Facilitates meetings with management to review and examine project progress.
Contributes in performance reviews with clients on weekly / Monthly / Quarterly basis with analysis of performance or new opportunities for improvements.
Ensures all financial models are properly approved by Strategic Operations Team. Develops and trains site Blue Belts, Green Belts, management and their respective teams utilizing lean, continuous improvement, project management and business integration tools and concepts.
Defines, designs and implements processes for new workflows that needs to be setup as a result of new business or change in scope of business.
Analyzes internal Risk and Compliance strategy, raises awareness about internal compliance processes, Gathers and analyzes data about the internal Risk and Compliance training modules, reporting, Analysis.

Education & Experience:

Engineer Degree (Industrial Engineers Preferred) Minimum Experience: 8 years, Black belt accreditation preferred.
Black Belt accreditation must be obtained, ideally within 2 years. This could be either in an operational role or in applying the skillset to functional improvements. Small-medium site or functional support responsibilities (tactical).
