My Client, an established Irish business since 1980, provide freight, logistics and shipping solutions for businesses throughout Ireland, UK, Europe and globally including China and USA. Due to a steady increase in demand for new business orders they are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist with experience in Shipping & deep sea freight, to join their team. The role is based in West Dublin.

This is a full time, permanent position, the salary will be €28K - €32K (depending on your experience)

Standard hours are Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.30pm

Job Description:
*Customer Service support and administration
*Input information accurately and complete documentation
*Contact customers regarding freight & shipping documentation
*Ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to
*Generate all of the required shipping documents & invoices for the above.
*Ensure all Customer Shipping notes and customs clearance tariffs are fully up to date
*Ensure all customer inquiries by email or phone are responded to timely and professionally.
*Maintain and keep up to date all CRM records
*Generate the required shipping documents / Custom Clearance / Invoices as needed
*Ensure that all documentation is 100% accurate, so good attention to detail
*Remain current and up to date on industry rules & regulations.

Your experience:
*Ideally one year's experience it the logistics/freight/ shipping industry
*A least one year's experience in Customer Service / Administration role
*Have experience in shipping, logistics, deep sea freight, bill of lading, freight.
*Good Administration skills, MS Office, Excel, Outlook.
*Have good communications skills by email, phone and within the team.
*Be able to work to deadlines and achieve KPIs
*We are looking for someone who works well within a team and can achieve deadlines.

Salary on offer is 28K - €32K basic pa (depending on experience).
