IT Service Delivery Manager

Role Purpose

You will be accountable for planning, implementation and managing the service delivery for applications used in the business. The role will primarily be based in Dublin but may involve travel to other customer locations in Ireland.
This role includes negotiation, implementation and monitoring of service level agreements, and the ongoing management of operational facilities to provide the agreed levels of service, seeking continually and proactively to improve service delivery and sustainability targets. The overall financial management, control and stewardship of the IT assets and resources used in the provision of IT services, ensuring compliance with all governance, legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

*Lead service delivery to customers in order to deliver contracted service commitments and continual service improvements
*Actively own service risks, controls service costs and improve productivity of high complexity contracts for customers in order to increase profitability and continually improve cost effectiveness.
*Identify and define requirements for new services, ensuring all proposed services are professionally introduced and accepted into service
*Proactively lead internal and external suppliers in a service partnership
*Lead and be a regular contributor and innovator to the continual improvement of Service Delivery standards and practices for the customer contract and Service Delivery Manager Community
*Lead, motivate and develop your team to build business capability and provide direction and constant improvement in quality
*Responsible for P&L, developing ongoing revenue improvement
*Responsible for managing contract lifecycle
*Promote and encourage the use of Sense and Respond and Lean Best Practice initiatives

Experience

*Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent
*Minimum 5 years' experience working as Service Delivery Manager
*Experience working with Oracle applications
*Managing customer and supplier relationships whilst balancing the demands of all stakeholders
