HR Generalist - Flexible- full or part-time hours
W are currently looking for a client-facing HR generalist to represent our large on-site work force.
Duties will include:
*Point of contact for workforce on-site
*Deal with daily concerns, absenteeism, HR issues
*Liaise between managers and staff to recognise recruitment needs
*Deal with performance/behavioural issues
*Provide administration support
*Provide logistical support around volume on-boarding
*Schedule/organise and take part in interviewing and selection process.
*Record certification procedures to facilitate Temporary to Permanent procedure
*Other ad-hoc duties as they may arise.
This would suite a qualified HR professional with around 2-3 years PQE.
Applicants should have sound key-stakeholder management ability, an ability to organise and multi-task, and be available to start immediately.
Working hours are negotiable and flexible to suite the individual.
