Our Client based in South Dublin are looking for a experienced Assistant Manager to join their team.
The Role
This is an exciting role and your duties will include
Responsibility of opening and closing the Restaurant
Ensuring customers service is of exceptional quality
Lead and motivate the team
Responsible for training staff
Managing the restaurant when the store manager is on holidays and days off
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years Restaurant assistant Manager experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with own initiative
To be an organised and efficient Manager
Be proactive in the sales & marketing of the food and beverage
Have a good eye to details and can do attitude
Ability to implement high standard of service and HACCP
To have experience on Stock taking
Be able to work under presser in a busy Restaurant
