Manpower Group are working in partnership with Ireland's leading restaurant services provider on a key hire in their Senior Human Resources team. You should have at least 3 years of learning and development experience with a qualification in Learning and development or Human Resources.
As the Learning and Development Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop company learning strategy in line with the business strategic plan
- Enhance talent attraction procedures to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates
- Develop learning/coaching and mentoring procedures
- Provide an in-depth analysis of company standards from top to bottom
- Work alongside external training partners
- Review all training procedures and ensure they are both effective and user friendly
- Set and maintain yearly training budget
- Support the project management aspect when new units are commissioned
- Maintain weekly reporting to the HR Director
