In partnership with it's client - One of Ireland's leading furniture business's, based in Galway. Manpower Group are looking to speak to experienced Customer Service Managers in the Retail or Logistics sector.
As the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for several areas including the following:
*Offer administration support to Retailers across Ireland
*Manage extremely high volumes or queries and incoming business calls
*Streamline processes in a very fast paced environment
*Above all, ensure exceptional customer service across the team
*Manage a team of over 20 customer service agents and team leaders
*Liaise with interlinked departments across the business
Requirements:
*2+ years as a Customer Service Manager in a fast-paced environment
*Proven experience managing and developing large customer service teams
*Excellent Microsoft office skills and phone manner
*Great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
