Ireland's leading restaurant services provider is now looking to expand their management team in the Dublin area. An excellent opportunity to join a further expanding catering business.
As the General Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the food and beverage offering across the site at all levels
- Ensure best practice procedures through daily and weekly site inspections
- Monitor all HACCP and Health and Safety Legislation
- Identify key areas to improve margin across the unit
- Develop cost saving procedures whilst ensuring excellent quality
- Be the shining example of customer service to the in house team
- Develop action plans for Audit specific issues
- Manage the team in line with company procedures
- Ensure training plans are kept up to date
- Deliver employee payroll details weekly
- Performance manage the team through daily feedback and monthly reviews
Requirements:
- 2+ year's Catering/Multi-site food management experience
- Good understanding of HACCP and H+S legislation
- A passion for food/service and sales
