Social Media Team Leader & Quality Coach - Maghreb Market
We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader for our client, a Fortune 500 IT outsourcing company in the booming city of Dublin! This role involves working on-site at one of the biggest and well-loved social media companies in the world!.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer service/sales organisation and a minimum of 1 year in a Team Lead position.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the team with their day-to-day activities.
- Coach each aspect of their performance, with particular focus on quality and accuracy.
- Aggregate audit findings from alla nalysts and analyse gaps in processes - identifying innovative ways to solve problems, help improve customer experience and drive higher efficiency.
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
What you need:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years working in a service/customer service/sales organisation .
- A minimum of 1 year in leading a team and coaching performance.
- Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
- Client-focused and solution-orienred, good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and provide feedback to analysts.
