SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrative or customer service assistant wishing to develop world class accounting and business experience within a highly successful NASDAQ quoted medical devices company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

    Manage assigned shared mailboxes Respond to and resolve customer queries, assigning to appropriate departments for resolution the more complex issues Assist the AR team to facilitate payment of due invoices by sending statement reminders and contacting clients as required Send copy invoices as and when requested Research cash receipts, coding and posting of receipts Additional ad-hoc duties as requested
QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.

  • 3rd level post-Secondary school qualification
  • Relevant accounting qualification an advantage e.g. IA

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • A minimum of one to two years related administrative and/or customer service experience
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES

    Language: Fluent English Written and Oral. Another European Language is an advantage although not essential. Attention to detail with strong organisation skills Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Sense of urgency and proven ability to work on own initiative and under pressure Good problem-solving ability Good interpersonal skills and experience of working in a diverse environment

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

    MS Office Essential - (Advanced Excel - Macros, Functions, Pivot Tables) Oracle experience an advantage
