Manpower have an exciting opportunity on site with our client, SAP; we are seeking a Learning & Reporting Operations Administrator for their Dublin or Galway site.

This position as a Learning Reporting and Operations admin is within SAP Lifetime Customer Success (LCX) - a global organization that guides customers to accomplish game-changing business outcomes through an outstanding next generation support experience that earns lifetime customer loyalty.

We are looking for a Learning, Reporting and Operations administrator to partner with us and support our daily office operations, such as integrating learning programs into our learning management system, extract analysis and to make recommendations and manage learning "office hours" for a support customer-facing role.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

*Preparing learning courses and programs to be created in the Learning Management System (LMS)
*Building learning assessment, quizzes and preparing data to be integrated into LMS.
*Support the collection of LCX Leadership Team learning requirements and keep transparency
*Support Program/Project management in a cross functional and cross departmental environment
*Support the team on curating and creating engaging content
*Help with end-to-end feedback & review cycles, including ongoing analysis of team skill set, enablement impact and the ability to provide recommendations.
*Define and gather data to measure behaviour and business impact of learning - generate reporting to track item registration; item, task, or program completion; user satisfaction, learning hours, etc.
*Support Live session preparation, hosting, production and moderation - end-to-end logistics
*Quality review content, including proof reading, content flow & design


WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

*Previous working experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
*Basic learning management system knowledge
*Knowledge of office management tools (MS Office)
*Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
*Time management skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Fluency in English (written & verbal) is essential due to quality/proof reading aspects of role
*Attention to detail
*Reporting skills & reporting tooling skills
*Degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field

Please note, this is a temporary contract role for which you would be employed by Manpower and working on behalf of our client; SAP.
