Our client, based in Dublin 12, are looking for temporary customer services agents to work in their call centre.
As a Call Centre Operative, you will often be the first-person customers talk to when they need our client's help. You'll need to be mannerly and respectful, whilst able to calmly and quickly find the best solution.
What you say and how you say it will leave a lasting impression with the customers so you will be given all the encouragement, training and confidence you need to do a great job.
Your principal responsibilities:
You will be required to understand the needs of each caller and build rapport with them, reassuring them that their requests will be dealt with promptly.
You'll be expected to project a polite, confident and efficient image of the company always and demonstrate a warm, friendly and helpful manner in communications.
A key responsibility is to meet and exceed customer service standards regarding customer contact.
You will receive training and coaching as required to achieve Company performance standards and develop own skills and you will be expected to share this knowledge and encourage others.
You will also be required to conduct customer satisfaction surveys and complete reports, statistical analysis etc. as required.
In your role as a Call Centre Operative you will also be expected to maintain good working relationships with other team members and other departments in the organisation
Requirements for the Role:
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and administration experience and possess excellent PC, administration, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. They will also be driven, energetic and self-motivated.
