Interiors Store Manager

My client is opening a Brand New Store and is now looking for an experienced Retailer to lead the team in Kildare. An excellent opportunity to join a growing interiors brand with over 13 sites in Ireland and further expansion plans. If you're a Retail Store/Sales Manger with 2+ years experience get in touch now. As the Store Manager you'll be responsible for the following:

- Lead to the team to achieve set Sales and KPI targets
- Ensure excellent merchandising across the Store at all times
- Weekly reporting to head office
- Daily team meetings to assess opportunities and any issues
- Maintain stock levels
- Initiate new marketing techniques to drive both footfall and sales
- Create a positive team atmosphere where the sales team can thrive
- Recruit and train new team members
