IT Project Coordinator
One of the lead providers of IT services in Ireland is looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator to ensure a smooth delivery of various projects, to ensure effective documentation, and to step in when technical support is needed.
Previous successful candidates have typically worked at level 2 or level 3 helpdesk support, worked with IT project management teams in the past and are now to grow their own experience and be involved with large projects.
Your job will be:
*You should have good understanding of project management and display good technical knowledge and understanding of desktop and infrastructure support methodologies in an ITIL environment.
*Take responsibility for project coordination, working autonomously in adherence to client processes
*Provide regular updates to stakeholders highlighting progress, challenges, and forecasting potential issues
*Be skilled at troubleshooting implementation roadblocks
*Clearly and accurately document manuals and KBA's where necessary, and provide post implementation support if required.
*Resource will provide operational turnover reports and documentation on completion of projects and conclude with Lessons learned.
* Digital Infrastructure site coordination tasks: liaise with infrastructure teams and onsite managed services provider (MSP).
*Engage additional Digital teams and resources as and when required.
*Liaise with site engineering teams for infrastructure and technology tasks related to Engineering and automation activities.
*Ensure standards are maintained and support is aligned to operational support model.
*Ensures that all equipment and facilities are maintained in a GMP compliant state at all times.
*Must maintain training and be compliant with local site policy and procedure.
*Prepare and update supporting asset, quality or GMP documentation when necessary.
*Must be familiar with and demonstrate the ITIL operational framework for I.T.
To be a good fit you need:
*Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills.
*Desktop and Infrastructure support e.g. switches, servers, patching, etc.
*Experience in supporting and troubleshooting MS office applications
*Excellent working knowledge of MS Windows 10 in a corporate environment.
*Previous Experience of working as PCO or supporting PM & mid-large projects.
