Fashion Retail Manager

Our client is a Fashion Retailer with stores across the UK and Ireland. They're now looking for a hands on, customer focused Store Manager for their store in South Dublin. You'll lead a small sales team in one of their busiest branches in Ireland. As the Store Manager you'll be responsible for the following:

- Deliver agreed upon KPIs
- Develop the team through regular training sessions and daily coaching
- Drive Sales through increasing effective selling techniques
- Manage agreed budgets around labour costs and stock controls
- Ensure excellent merchandising across the store at all times
- Maintain team training files
- Other ad hoc duties as required
