My client is one of Ireland top Business Universities, they now have a opening for a Programme Administrator.

This is a full-time position initially starting as a 2 years FTC. Salary 37,000K pa

The role:
*Manage the implementation of each custom programme, from inception to final evaluation including actively contributing to the design of programmes to ensure the customer experience is optimised.
*Build, develop, nurture and maintain effective relationships with participants, client companies, and relevant external stakeholders.
*Attend and contribute to relevant customer meetings and support the Commercial Team, as needed.
*Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
*Actively champion the quality assurance of the programme and liaise with Registrar's office and Customer Experience team to ensure quality standards are being fully implemented and contribute to the development and deployment of enhanced quality assurance mechanisms, practices and protocols.
*Assist with budgets management ensuring that appropriate margins are being achieved. Be responsible for notifying cost issues to colleagues and ensuring issue is resolved
*Identify cost saving opportunities
*Prepare, proof-read and upkeep participant materials placing emphasis on visual presentation and quality.
*Manage the liaison with guest speakers and assist as necessary.
*Responsible for planning of programmes and ensuring that all services are available for participants as needed.
*Manage programme administration as required, and manage the delivery and execution of the on-line elements of each programme
*Procure all books, case studies, reading materials, psychometric instruments as needed.
*Organise classroom materials in advance for preparation, duplication and distribution and all other support materials required.
*Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, course notes, attendance, assignment grades etc.
*Provide information on specific programmes to prospective participants, client organisations and to colleagues in other departments
*Follow GDPR requirements as necessary.

Your Experience:
*3 -4 years' experience in a related role.
*Be well organised, and able to work independently with initiative and a hands-on execution style.
*Develop good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
*Have experience with Budgetary management
*Be able to take the initiative and solve problems
*Project management skills an advantage
*Experience working in a Learning & Development environment an would be an advantage
*Results-oriented, with demonstrated ability to deliver deadlines in a dynamic environment.
*Have very good communication skills both written and verbal.
*Have very good attention to detail and ability to take full responsibility for finishing tasks.
*Have very good MS Office skills: advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint. Proficient in CRM and Learning Management Systems (ie Moodle).
