I am exclusively recruiting for AA Ireland for a Training & Career Development Business Partner to join their Human Resources team, the role is based here in their Head Office in Dublin City Centre.
This is a full time, permanent position offering a very competitive salary package including basic salary, bonus, pension, benefits and allowances, Monday to Friday.

Overview:
This role is positioned within our HR department and will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a plan to meet the training & career development needs across the business. The role will be responsible for developing training solutions in IT, Commercial Teams, HR & Finance and playing a leadership role in collaborating, supporting and coordinating with the Operations training teams/ champions across AA Ireland.

Responsible for:
*Work closely with the Corporate Functions to understand their business and individual development goals and ensure that each function has an aligned training needs/ skills gap analysis completed to develop an overall annual training plan and budget. Ensure that each function has a career development framework.
*Play a leadership role in coordinating the Training and Development community across the company - collaborate with IT to develop and deliver technology enabled training, learning & knowledge solutions
*Deliver coordinate training on HR driven activities, e.g. performance management, HR policies, induction, roll out of culture & values initiatives etc
*Lead on the development and coordination of leadership development across the Company - coordinate all of the Leadership Council activities
*Improve the current induction process to provide structure and training content to set up new AA employees for success; to include AA specific systems, product knowledge, processes/policies and manager specific processes
*Work collaboratively with external partners, suppliers and internal functions to support the execution of all training/coaching solutions and initiatives and evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness
*Support the continuous improvement of training and development programmes by keeping abreast of best practices, new trends and developments in the area to ensure all attendees learning needs are being met using realistic and up to date learning methodologies.
*Actively manage and control the FY19
*The successful candidate may need to resource alternative locations and host training at an alternative location to our AA offices. i.e. nearby hotel or training facilities.

Your Experience:
*Worked in a training role with experience of developing and delivering training
*Knowledge of training needs/ skills gap analysis and development and implementation of training effectiveness assessments
*Knowledge of & experience of eLearning solutions would be an advantage
*Workshop facilitation
*Expertise in structuring and managing initiatives from inception through to execution, delivering clear business benefits and innovative, business focused solutions
*Prior experience in influencing, advising and negotiating with stakeholders to deliver effective L&D initiatives in a collaborative matrix environment
*Exceptional collaboration skills to interact with multi-functional teams
*Excellent facilitation skills
*Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proven solutions development skills
*Results Driven with a collaborative style
*Demonstrate agility by being flexible and open to change
*Ability to multi-task and manage projects as well as supporting Business as Usual activities
*Naturally promotes and facilitates a culture of learning
*Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in all communication
*Strong computer literacy - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
*Ability to work across all AA functions and levels
