Wanted: We are looking for an IT Support Engineer (LVL 2) to join our ever expanding team

Responsibilities

End User Support- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
Respond to and resolve help desk request
Setting up new users using active directory
Monitoring and deploying patches and upgrades to operating systems and applications
Provide support for Windows 10
Participation in projects to rollout new client solutions
Additional duties as required
Education:

Degree or diploma in IT or related field or equivalent experience is required for this role
Knowledge or Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
Role specific skills:

Strong technical and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyse and troubleshoot problems and to bring to successful conclusion.
Customer focused
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with capability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong quality orientation. Attention to detail.
Proactive and displays initative
Office365, Windows 10, Active directory
