Senior Recruitment Consultant - Industrial Temp

Manpower has over 45 years' experience in Ireland and developed a reputation as the market leader in providing temporary resources across a range of sectors. We currently have an immediate requirement for an experienced 360 temp recruitment consultant to manage our temp industrial desk.

You will be responsible for managing a number of existing clients where we have temporary resources onsite in addition to developing new clients within the industrial sector across Ireland.

Your responsibilities:
*You will be responsible for the full life cycle of temp recruitment from business
development, job qualification, candidate attraction, interviewing, payroll and temp engagement.
*Your business development strategy will include liaising with Manpower global colleagues to
leverage international relationships, collaboration with local colleagues in the Experis and Right Management brands, local client development through relevant industry events, social media, calls and meetings.
*You will maximise revenue from collaborating with existing clients and developing a
comprehensive understanding of your client's needs.
*Providing excellent service to our temporary workforce and clients through honest and
prompt communication.
*Liaise with Payroll Manager to ensure payroll for the temporary workforce is efficiently
administered each week.
*Liaise with HR colleagues to ensure our HR management principles are followed and in line
with legislation.

Your Skills & Interest:
*You have at least 3 years' experience in developing and managing a temp workforce across
multiple clients.
*Proven track record in developing new clients, growing a temp desk and exceeding revenue
targets.
*You are competent and knowledgeable in applying relevant HR legislation as necessary.
*Ambitious with an interest in developing your career with a global organisation that has local
expertise.
