For one of our clients, we are looking for a hardworking and ambitious person with a passion for and experience in PR. As an Account Director, you will be in charge of client PR and social media campaigns delivery across multiple markets, growing the client base and building the team in direct collaboration with the MD.

  • Planning, organizing and directing PR and social media campaigns across multiple geographies
  • Impressive understanding of media, influencers and social media communication strategies

  • Actively participating in the company growth strategy
  • Identifying, pitching and winning new business
  • Participating in all business development activities e.g. market insight, competitors research, media audit, media targets identification, proposal production and presentation
  • Demonstrating strong presentation skills

  • Social Media Consultancy
  • Delivering strategic client counselling
  • Producing high quality analysis, evaluation, recommendations, guidelines & best practices documents for clients and the team
  • Providing day to day directions to client Community Managers
  • Effectively supporting senior manager in all client overall strategy and activity planning

  • Social Media Management
  • Taking ownership of social media accounts on behalf of our clients
  • Acting as a reliable and trusted client interface
  • Producing, with our in-house designer, high quality, impactful written, visual and multimedia content for our clients
  • Provide clients with social media tactical support and advice

Key skills required

  • Strong track record in high level client relationships
  • At least two totally fluent tier one European languages - English, German, French, Italian, Spanish - additional languages a plus (Swedish, Dutch)
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of all PR and social media tactics
  • Campaign planning, evaluating, reporting
  • Team building, leadership and management
  • Strong personal organizational skills
  • New business track record
