One of the lead IT providers on Irish market is looking for a contractor to support mobile devices rollout for 6 months onsite with their client in City Centre.
Key responsibilities:
*Deployment of mobile devices, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.
*Responding to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions.
*Advising customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
*Working with little supervision and has the ability to work on a wider range of systems.
To be a good fit you need:
*3+ years of experience as an IT Onsite Technician
*Experience with Windows 7,8,10
*Previous experience troubleshooting mobile devices, tablets/mobile phones
*Previous experience troubleshooting various HW & SW issues
For your good work, you can expect:
*6-month contract
*Daily rate between €190 - €210
