We are looking for Account Executives with experience in the Benelux market and fluency in Dutch AND French (Written & Spoken) to work in our modern and central office in Dublin (Ireland). Do you have passion for Sales and are you fluent in the above mentioned languages, then we are looking for you!


Your job:
As an Inside Account Executive you are on the front lines of helping organisations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. You will advocate job search technology to leading companies and promote the power of our products to make organisations more productive, collaborative and mobile. Your passion for learning from and connecting with others will ultimately help more organisations find and hire great people.

Responsibilities:
* Drive growth by selling pay-per-click advertising (PPC) services to small-to-medium sized employers (SMB)
* Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking
* Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and face to face
* Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach quota
* Analyse and present monthly analytics reports to advertisers
* You've been successful in previous roles like: Account Manager, Account Executive

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' in a relevant sales role, e.g., Inside Sales Agent, B2B Sales, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Representative, and 360 Recruiters
  • 2-3 years of professional experience/internship in any area
  • Cold calling experience and Target driven
  • Fluency in secondary language supporting the Benelux regions (Written and Spoken)
  • Excellent communication and Keen interest and passion for sales
  • Experience in online advertising, marketing, selling Google AdWords, job portals or recruiting/HR services is an advantage
