Our Client is an expanding Restaurant and Takeaway business with over 8 site across Dublin. They are now looking to for a hands-on Store Manager for one of their restaurants in Dublin.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant including the development and performance of employees.As the Manager you'll be responsible for the following:
- Leading by example and encourages teamwork across the business
- Ensuring that customers are given a consistent experience in store
- To assess employee performance, recognise potential and meet training needs as appropriate
- Ensure the compliance of all legislation including HACCP, Health and Safety and Food Safety
- Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working
- Staff rostering
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver business objectives, KPI's and Targets
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a managerial role in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Excellent people management skills
- Previous HACCP experience
- Driven with a strong work ethic
Remuneration:
