I am recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager for the AA Ireland. This position will be based at the Head Office in Dublin City Centre within their Marketing & Digital Department.

The AA is one of Ireland's leading consumer services businesses specialising in Motor, Home and Travel services and insurance. With more than half a million customers, they provide emergency rescue and breakdown cover for people on the road and in the home, as well as providing insurance for more than 200,000 customers. The AA employs almost 480 people across the country.

Location: Dublin City Centre

Hours: Mon-Fri 08:45 - 17:00

Reporting to: Head of Digital Marketing

This role will be based in Dublin city centre. The role will involve leading a small team and working closely with internal partners such Pricing, Finance, Trading, Marketing Communications and Analytics.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the generation of traffic to the AA online assets, the generation of quotes for each product category and the subsequent delivery of sales targets.

Responsibilities include:
*Work with Trading, Marketing & Pricing teams to generate target levels of online quotes to deliver planned New Business targets for each product category
*Ownership of PPC, display & paid social advertising strategy and implementation plan, working with the Pricing & Finance team to agree ROI targets including 2 and 3-year LTVs
*Working with the Head of Digital in the selection and management of digital marketing agencies, within a budget of c€2m per annum
*Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Product teams) to ensure that all digital marketing opportunities are maximized
*Ability to support and drive results through all Channels for each proposition/product
*Develop and implement SEO strategy (with specialized external support if required) to increase the percentage of quotes generated across each product category, within agreed budgets

*Lead our Digital Marketing and demand generation (75% of role)
*Be a thought leader within the Marketing team, contributing to the overall team objectives (15% of role)
*Lead a motivated, high performing team (10% of role)

Personal Skills & Experience:
*Degree educated: University level qualification in Commerce, Marketing, or similar
*At least 3 years digital marketing experience
*Extensive knowledge and experience of digital marketing principles and techniques, including PPC, SEO and digital display
*Highly numerical and analytical with excellent attention to detail
*Excellent personal communication and presentation skills
*Good commercial acumen
*Ability to manage multi-product budgets
*Customer focused approach - puts the customer at the heart of each experience
*High levels of drive, enthusiasm and energy - a self-starter
*Open mindedness and critical thinking
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Ability to take ownership and work autonomously - resilient & positive attitude
*Ability to work collaboratively across functions
