The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for the Order Management process for International Bioscience and BioSupplies Divisions.
This job will suit an individual who has worked in an administration capacity dealing with Customers and processing orders within the supply chain workflow.
Responsibilities include:
Process all orders from customers accurately and promptly upon receipt.
Respond to customers inquiries in a quick and efficient manner to meet customer expectations.
Prepare regular excel reports for open orders and monitor stock availability.
Attend meetings with internal stakeholders to inform them about the status of the orders.
Identify and troubleshoot incidents, resolving where possible and/or report them to Global Demand Planning Team, if necessary.
Receive and escalate all complaints (product and service) the Quality or other appropriate Teams.
This job will suit an individual who has the Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
Candidates should have Excellent relationship building and communication skills along with Excellent attention to detail.
