Head of Service Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for the functions and processes listed below:
- Technology Service Management strategy
- Technology services stakeholder relationship management
- Operational and planned service supplier relationship management
- Technology continuity management
- Financial management for technology services
- Knowledge management in relation to planned and operational systems and services.
A degree in a service related business or technology discipline is desirable.An ITIL(IT infrastructure Library), ISO 200000 service Management standard or similar professional qualification is desirable.
