SAP App Center Business Analyst and Partner Engagement Specialist

ManpowerGroup Ireland have an exciting new opportunity with our client SAP! This is a 12-month contract role employed with ManpowerGroup. Please read below for more information on SAP company and role responsibilities.

About the Role

The SAP App Center is SAP Digital's Enterprise Marketplace where customers can discover, try, buy, deploy, and manage out-of-the-box applications developed by SAP Partners.

About SAP Digital Commerce

SAP Digital Commerce builds and runs SAP's e-commerce capabilities. Core of our strategy is to enable customers to discover try and buy solutions and services in online self-service. Research shows that more and more decision makers form their opinion about IT solutions before contacting the vendor. SAP Digital Commerce digitizes the selling process by providing tailored and automated customer communications to the support the customer's decision-making process in a no touch, digital fashion.

You will be joining the SAP App Center business team, which drives the strategy and business execution of the partner application marketplace. You will be working with SAP Partner Managers and Marketers, as well as our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners, to curate and publish solutions on the SAP App Center. Goal: Appealing, understandable, and interest-provoking product pages on SAPAppCenter.com.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing marketplace data. Acquire data from multiple data sources and perform data mapping between the SAP App Center systems and company systems of record. Additionally, identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Deliver second-level support towards partners, with regards to content marketing and SAP App Center publishing related questions.
Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the partner engagement and onboarding process with a high-quality partner experience and partner-centric mindset
Review, and enhance where necessary (curate), ISV-provided product page content and metadata against a set of content guidelines and publish when ready.
Advise SAP Partners on our content best practices and strategies to optimize content for search engines (SEO)

Desired Skills and Experience

Proficiency in English language
A self-starter with energy and drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong working knowledge of Excel including complex use of formulas
Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills.
Comfortable on the phone as you'll be speaking directly with SAP partners and internal stakeholders
Strong Content Marketing skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments, groups
A quick learner, with the ability and desire to learn to utilize our content publishing platform, our Partner Relationship Management system, understand complex company processes and initiatives, and the SAP Solution portfolio
Ability to work effectively in a global environment, across time zones, and in virtual teams.
