HR Administrator (3 months FTC)
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a HR administrator based on our client's site in Bray. This is the ideal role for someone looking to develop toward a HR productivity manager/generalist role.
As the successful candidate you must have the ability to develop comprehensive working relationships with the Client and the Manpower on-site HR team. You must be capable of providing up to date and accurate reports and information relating to the HR process.
You will be an integral and visible part of the on-site HR team; required to assist with the creation and delivery of administrative tasks such as on-boarding, interviewing, note taking, meeting minutes and disciplinary processes. You will report to the Manpower HR Business Partner.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* You will be carrying out the end-to-end process for on-boarding new hires from updating the requisite systems to hosting induction for all new Manpower Starters.
* You will be responsible for compliance and ensuring accuracy of employee files
* You will be responsible for performing audits on the employee's files
If you are a good team player with exceptional attention to details, HR qualifications or at the beginning of your HR administration career this role is designed for you. Please note that this role is 3 months FTC contract.
