I'm currently working with a multinational product led digital business that provides digital products, IT services, consulting, and operations services. They're currently looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to deliver the following:


- Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of their team members.
- Set targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the employees may have.
- Implement continuous process improvement procedures and further develop Client relationships.
- Cultivate a positive and high performing team environment.
- Assist the in-house recruitment team with hiring.
- Liaise with cross functional teams across the globe.
- Responsible for managing a team of 5+ Team Leaders.
- Collate, present Weekly Business Review dashboard to client.
- Execute a comprehensive quality assurance processes.
- Maintain tracker at all levels (client updates, performance management etc.).
- Strive to improve the defined processes as the business creates more automation.

Requirements:

- 4+ years experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
- Proven experience leading management teams of 5+.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with internal staffing clients.
- Project Management skills would be advantageous.
- Strong Presentation and Data Analysis skills.
- Forecasting skills; Good in analytical thinking, problem solving, Feedback & Coaching Skills.
