Integrated Marketing Specialist

ManpowerGroup Ireland have an exciting new opportunity with our client SAP! This is a 6-month contract role employed with ManpowerGroup. Please read below for more information on SAP company and role responsibilities.

JOB OVERVIEW:


The Marketing function within SAP Digital Commerce is responsible for facilitating a customer-centric, end-to-end, digital customer journey - from awareness to nurture - that simplifies doing business with SAP. We do this by working in close collaboration with teams across our organization, developing a multi-discipline and integrated marketing mix that spans initiatives like social, PR, events, paid media and content marketing. Through this, we are pioneering digital marketing tactics in support of online commerce (both for SAP and our ecosystem), while making relevant connections to corporate marketing and communications priorities.
We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist who will help write and deliver innovative and engaging assets across channels and for targeted audiences. This individual should have proven experience as well as a passion for marketing and writing. The role will engage with colleagues throughout the SAP Digital Commerce team, across SAP and with SAP's partners that will motivate people to act.
The ideal candidate for the Integrated Marketing Specialist position is a highly motivated and organized marketer with strong communication skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Partner Marketing-
-Manage overall responsibility and be main point of contact for SAP Store's joint marketing program with partners
-Liaise with selected agencies to produce relevant content for the SAP Store listing of partners
-Prepare campaign set up with the support of others in the SAP Digital Commerce marketing team
-Oversee administration process of funding for partners
-Report on campaign results per partner or per activity

Content production -
-Responsible for developing, managing and distributing SAP Store's external newsletter; including writing and curating content
-Report on newsletter performance and demonstrate contribution to overall SAP Store's objectives
-Participate in development of messaging and branding, embodying and unifying the value proposition of SAP Digital --Commerce to our installed base customers, prospects and the company overall
-Write expertly for a variety of external communication assets - from blogs and social copy, to press materials, communications to customers, backgrounders and presentation that showcase the benefits of buying online via SAP

Digital Commerce
-Write articles and various other content for inclusion in internal communications across the company
-Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications

Marketing Communications Support -
-Contribute to the creation of Marketing plans for the SAP Digital Commerce team
-Provide event and trade show support
-Work with teams across SAP, such as SAP Next -Gen, SAP.iO and SAP Experience Centers to coordinate involvement of SAP -Digital Commerce in their activities
-Support Media Relations team as needed, including tracking of coverage
-Manage and maintain centralized editorial calendar

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
-Minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing or communications with 2 years of experience in editing, working across businesses and geographies. Must have demonstrated experience and passion for marketing-related topics.
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other applicable discipline required.
-Highly motivated and collaborative
-Progressive experience working in marketing communications functions with large enterprise organizations.
-Proven ability to write impactfully to specific target audiences in the appropriate tone and
-Track record of being creative in developing communication strategies and plans
-Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; familiarity with Associated Press (AP) Style a plus
-Excellent command of English
-Familiarity with a variety of communication platforms (print, web, social media, video, etc.)
-Proficient in the use of current technology required for the performance of duties, including online conference tools such as skype and MS Teams, as well as Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. And familiarity with Adobe or other design platforms.
-Proficient in social networking tools and comfortable using the Web to communicate ideas and generate dialogue
-Ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of audiences (employees, managers, partners, customers, executives)
-Effective at coordinating efforts across a diverse organization made up of intercultural teams working remotely and across time zones
-Work independently and navigate a matrixed environment
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, effectively managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously while still paying close attention to details and meeting deadlines
