Our client are the market leaders in medical solutions, supporting over 5000 customers with the services, solutions, devices and products they need to maximise the reach and revenue generation of their practices. Established over 30 years ago, they are driving innovation and positive change in Patient Centred Care.

Due to expansion in their business, they are seeking a Service Team Lead in Kerry to drive the performance of three key departments. The Service Team Lead will develop and set in motion, a strategy to take the current service offering to the next level and develop the commercial aspect of the business.


Responsibilities:

- Interact with the current customer base and further develop existing relationships
- Support the on the road engineering team with queries and questions
- Grow sales in primary care centres
- Commercially astute so that you can drive new initiatives that will deliver an exceptional customer experience and generate revenue
- Simplify the customer experience and plan a solution that will allow the customer to easily access relevant technical information
- Manage and train new team members
- Strategically work with all three departments and devise action plans to increase efficiency and profitability


Requirements:

- Experience in Medical Device or Pharmacy Consumables would be advantageous
- Strong leadership skills
- The ability to work with cross functional teams
- Decisive to ensure problems are solved quickly and effectively, technical issues are managed with minimal impact on the sales team
- Action oriented delivering timely, accurate and effective solutions to our customers.
