Electrical Estimator/Project Manager

Manpower is working in partnership with a well-established Electrical Contractor who have a strong reputation for their diverse range of electrical services on nationwide commercial, industrial. Residential and retail projects. Due to continuous growth, we are on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Estimator/Project Manager.
The Electrical Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for;
* Tendering of various commercial and residential electrical services projects
* Following up with various contractors / clients on tenders submitted
* Value Engineering assessment of different options and solutions
* Attending pre- and post-tender meetings
* Pre-tender site surveys and reports
* Completion of Pre-Qual documents in relation to certain tenders
Required Skills
* 3-5 years' experience as an Electrical Estimator or Electrician with approx. 10 years on site experience.
* Extensive knowledge of the Electrical Contracting Industry
* Understand electrical services layout drawings and schematics.
* Highly capable of extracting quantities from drawings and issuing inquiries to sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that accurate quotations are received for pricing within specified time frames.
* Proven track record in dealing with Design Teams, Subcontractors and Clients
