Manpower is working in partnership with an international multi-disciplinary engineering services contractor, who for the past 50+ years have been the engineering service provider of choice in growth divisions such as Data Centres, distribution and pharmaceuticals operating across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Due to continued success, we are seeking an experience CSA Site Manager based in Limerick to assist in the delivery of leading-edge engineering projects.
The CSA Site Manager will represent the Project Manager on major construction sites while taking on full responsibility for all site related activities from pre-mobilisation through to commissioning and finally demobilisation. Other duties will include;
*Visit site and develop a site establishment schedule
*Set up site establishment
*Review construction drawings and sign off
*Ensure that all variations are picked up in conjunction with PM and QS
*Ensure sub-contractor workforce is on site at workface on time
*Work closely with other supervisors to ensure effective co-ordination between M&E & CSA services.
*Mark up drawings in conjunction with inspection testing
*Issue final marked up drawings are correct.
The successful candidate will hold;
*A minimum of 5 years site management experience
*Recognised apprenticeship/trade cert in the following: Carpentry/Plaster/Fitout/Civil
*Experience managing Mechanical design and build projects in-excess of €5 million within data centre sectors.
*Ideally hold IOSH certificate managing safety; IOSH certificate in environmental management and general NEBOSH certificate but not essential
*Deep understanding of constructability of projects
