Pod Lead - (Team Leader)Our client is a member of the NASDAQ-100, the Forbes Global 2000, Fortune 500 and is ranked among the fastest growing companies in the world. They are a product led digital corporation that provides digital products, digital IT services, including technology, consulting, and operations services. They run a Customer Support and Content Review Centre, for Multinational Technology Clients in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Gather a broad range of data insights from the team.
- Managing day-to-day performance and tasks of the team.
- Set performance management meetings and devise action plans.
- Weekly operational reporting.
- Quality evaluation.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders on client relations.
- Identify further commercial opportunities for the wider business through regular client interaction.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement cost saving solutions.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.Experience in a research role, preferably in a financial, market research or management consulting firm (mandatory)Experience/Knowledge of creation of pitch decks for cloud services across multiple industry verticals is highly desirableA minimum of 2+ years' experience leading teams, managing a team of 10 - 15 direct reports.Demonstrated capability in driving performance improvement and managing people.
