Manpower is working in partnership with a world class engineering contractor who have employed over 2,500 people working in Ireland, UK, Europe and the Middle East. Due to company expansion, we are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for projects based in Dublin, Kildare and Mainland Europe

My client currently has positions on a variety of Mechanical and Electrical projects including large scale commercial, phara, healthcare, data centre and industrial.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across various contracts ensuring the maximum commercial benefit for the company, this position requires you to work delivery from tender stage through to final accounts. Other duties will include;

* Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
* Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.
* Coordination of work effort.
* Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
* Valuing completed work and arranging for payments

The successful Quantity Surveyor will hold;
* 4+ years' experience post qualification in a contracting environment
* Third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
* Experience in M&E or CSA Quantity Surveying
* Trade background and data centre experience would be an advantage
