Partner Services Agent - German

Our client is an American-Irish multinational professional services company. A Fortune Global 500 company, it has over 450,000 employees, serving a vast and diverse range of clients in more than 120 countries

Due to continued expansion and growth, they are recruiting for a German speaking Partner Services Agent to assist in demonstrating the value of Social Media solutions in relation to the clients' requirement. Expand selected Social Media Partner's pages organically to achieve business objectives and generate strategic advantages through research based on pre-set criteria.

Responsibilities

• Research on different social media platforms to generate media partner leads based on the pre-set criteria.
• Identify potential media partners & pass them to Relationship Managers for activation.
• Become a primary point of contact for partners and maintain strong direct relationships with key partners in the media & entertainment space.
• Identify strategic partners and support them on Social Media platforms and technology.
• Manage strategy, implement, and optimise partners' objectives on Social Media.
• Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to managed partners.
• Provide operational day to day support to managed partners

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a Service Desk or Call Centre environment
• 1+ years Sales experience advantageous
• Fluent in specified language (German) and English.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate within a team environment, multi-tasking, and prioritising work across supported clients.
• Good understanding of media partnerships or Digital Marketing/Social Media/Advertising.
