Manpower is working in partnership with a leading Building and Civil Contractor in the Midlands and Leinster area, who due to continued growth and expansion are seeking to hire a Project Manager to manage the Residential & Commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful Irish owned company in an exciting and expanding segment of Irish history.

The Project Manager will take full responsibility for all financial and management aspects of the project i.e project team, labour control, and coordination. You will liaise with client / main contractors while always ensuring to remain commercially focused therefore excellent communication skills are required.

The successful Project Manager will hold;
* 4+ years project management experience
* Residential & Commercial project experience
* Excellent communication skills
