The Marketing Project Manager, Marketing Specialist will work within the Digital Tools team. This team is responsible for implementing, utilizing and executing digital tactics using a variety of digital marketing tools as part of a digital marketing centre of excellence that serves multiple divisions of the organisation.

 

The employee will collaborate as a digital marketing specialist in the design, development and execution of digital tactics to support the brand and product teams' strategic objectives, primarily within the Bioscience & Hospital division.

 

A primary responsibility will be to recommend digital marketing and experience solutions for website and apps for the brand and product teams and integrate all solutions together to fit into overall marketing campaign.

 

The role will require collaboration with internal and external partners to achieve successful delivery of digital tactics to support brand and product teams' strategic objectives which aligns with the overall roadmap and ecosystem of the Centre of Excellence (CoE).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of stakeholders' strategic objectives and problems to solve in close alignment with the Project Management Liaison (PML)
  • Partner with PML & stakeholders to get briefed on overall objectives and problems in order to scope projects, including functional requirements as well as dependencies, schedules and budgets
  • Recommend digital tactics as part of an integrated digital marketing communication plan (independently or together with agencies) to support brand strategies
  • Develops clear integrated campaigns and executes digital tactics and traditional channel projects as assigned. (Focus is on digital)
  • Collaborate with PML & stakeholders in the various segments of projects to ensure it can be project managed effectively and on time
  • Execute on the areas of subject matter expertise and assigned projects
  • Understand the important metrics associated with area of subject matter expertise and assigned projects, to set KPI targets aligned to overall CoE and industry benchmarks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all components of measurement plan are in place so that the campaigns and projects can be measured and presented on against their prior agreed KPIs, including analytics and reporting for digital activities
  • Continuously advise on optimizations and improvement processes to enhance overall delivery of solutions
  • Build rapport and partnership with various internal cross-functional groups (e.g., Marketing, IT, legal, regulatory) to provide scalable enterprise solutions when the business needs requires so
  • Work closely with IT teams to enable the best delivery of technical facets associated with projects working on to deliver best customer and brand experience
  • Supports and contributes to advancements in digital capabilities within the company and participates in the evaluation of new vendor/technologies as requested

Knowledge and Skills

Essential and Desirable (not all required)

  • A minimum of 4+ years of applicable experience in digital marketing
  • CMS - Liferay, Sitecore, Wordpress or similar
  • Project Management - Wrike, Asana, Slack or similar
  • SEM - AdWords, Bing or similar
  • Analytics - Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or similar
  • Marketing Automation - Marketing Cloud, SFDC, Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Pardot
  • Design - Creative cloud suite i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Heatmapping - HotJar or similar
  • Webinar - WebEx or similar
  • CSS - Bootstrap or similar (Basic)
  • Bachelor's degree. Preferred: Marketing, Advertising, communications, technology
  • Marketing Cloud Certified
  • Google Academy Certifications
  • Bing Ads Certified
  • Hubspot Certified
  • Adobe Certified
