Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the next generation Test Infrastructure to support ADAS (Advanced driver-assistance systems) & Autonomous driving development and validation.
Develop front end and back end solutions according to the technology roadmap.Align developments with the wider Company Group in terms of standards and future technologies.Lead the porting of toolchains from on premise to cloud.Design and develop APIs (Application Programming Interface) according to the project and customer needs factoring in cyber security and all other risk strategies.Design, update and maintain databases based on prem and in the cloud. Propose new architecture solutions to further develop already existing solutions based on best in class.Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new featuresMaintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.Manage the validation of any tools in line with best practice.Participate in customer workshops & RFQs as required.

Education:

A relevant Technical Engineering Degree e.g. Computer Science.

Professional Experience Required:

3/4 years' experience with Java EE: either JBoss Seam (preferable), Spring or plain JavaEEExperience with PostgreSQL - Administration, management and performanceExperience with Java ORM tools like Hibernate, JPAExperience with Rest APIsExperience with Ant/MavenExperience working with linuxJboss AS basic experience.Software development tools and continuous integration such as Git, Jenkins.
