ManpowerGroup Ireland have an exciting new opportunity with our client SAP! This is a 6-month contract role employed with ManpowerGroup. Please read below for more information on SAP company and role responsibilities.

CUSTOMER INTERACTION CENTRE - What we do:
In the CIC, you will find yourself in a friendly multinational & multicultural learning environment, on a team who supports each other. Our core team primarily supports customers through a selection of support channels, offering 24*7 support in a follow the sun approach with our additional global department locations: Brazil, China, India, Philippines, and Russia.
CIC will be part of a wider SAP Cloud related initiative for 6 months which this role will support.
As the project develops there is a possibility that this role will expand to take on additional responsibilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Execution of related customer activities to support a Cloud related project
Search for customer contact information in SAP internal systems
Carry out administration activities including documentation of customer questions for relevant teams
Create an activity in a CRM system and update the discussion with the customer
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Fluency in English
Strong computer and communication skills
Experienced in working within a team environment
Flexibility in approach to daily tasks
