ManpowerGroup is actively looking to recruit HR & Recruitment Specialist to become a part of HR & Recruitment team in our Enterprise division! This is a full-time permanent role with the initial requirement to work remotely for a few weeks and be based in Dublin office thereafter. What does the role entail?

This role has responsibility for Recruiting and HR Management of contingent workers based on our client's site(s). You will have full responsibility for end to end recruitment for assigned roles, including identification of successful candidate profiles and personality fit for a variety of different teams, followed by management of performance, absenteeism and disciplinary concerns and conducting Manpower induction training where applicable. In addition to that, you will be responsible for managing payroll related queries. We would also like you to ensure that HR policies are being constantly adhered to and the candidates and clients receive the best possible experience.

Who do we look for?

This role is perfectly tailored to professionals with previous recruitment experience in temporary, fast paced environment and applicable HR knowledge. We are keen to discuss this role with both: HR Administrators looking to get more experience in recruitment and/or recruiters interested in exploring HR side of recruitment. This role will suit a skillful multitasker capable of managing multiple recruitment projects while working with number of hiring managers. Occasional travel to the clients site is likely to become a part of this role after transitioning from home to the office settings. HR related educational background would be highly advantageous, but it is not essential.
