Finance Recruitment Consultant

Driven, eager, money-hungry…. sounds familiar? Yes, these are the attributes of a good recruiter indeed, but we are not looking for a good recruiter, we are looking for an exceptional recruiter!

Manpower Ireland is currently looking to hire an exceptional relationships builder to recruit accounting and finance professionals to the Irish market.

Who do we look for?

We are looking to speak with experienced recruiters with solid knowledge of the finance/banking or financial services industry. Good communicators and relationship builders will find their home at Manpower. The role is about maintaining both, Client and Candidate relationships. Ideally, you would be confident with sourcing niche talent and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You would need to enjoy being on the phone, as we love to speak to good people on the market! Business development will be required on an ongoing basis to attract new business and advise local businesses of your market knowledge.

Note that Manpower will provide you with all the tools needed to be successful in the role, but you must have that can-do attitude! Fancy joining a worldwide recognisable brand with over 2500 offices in over 80 countries around the globe and a proud status of the third-largest recruitment agency on this planet?

What do we offer?

In exchange for your expertise and commitment, we are happy to provide you with an attractive base salary, generous commission, numerous benefits (pension, healthcare, education assistance), and a fully remote setup! You will also have a clear progression path and access to various training & development initiatives.

Sounds like a great next step in your career? Well, if you are interested do not hesitate to apply directly or get in touch with Mirela on to find out more. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
