Role Description
Dropbox's Integrated Marketing team develops and activates global programs, tactics, and initiatives that drive new ARR growth and improve retention across all of our B2C and B2B solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced webinar program manager to craft, build and optimize webinar strategy and execution across the full customer journey in our key markets remotely. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Field Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Content, Sales, and more.

The candidate must be proficient in understanding data to make informed marketing decisions that yield the highest outcome against goals.


  • Develop webinar program strategy in partnership with Field Marketing to generate leads, establish thought-leadership, drive product adoption, and improve customer retention.
  • Understand our buyer personas and their motivations to ensure webinars are optimized to best communicate customer needs. Be obsessed with the attendee experience and know how to tailor tactics for particular audiences across the journey.
  • Continuously identify optimization opportunities to improve outreach, participation rates, and post-webinar experience to assist in the attainment of revenue growth.
  • Run tests (topics, formats, length) and develop innovative ways to take the webinar program to the next level. Help identify the pool of speakers and co-marketing opportunities that are targeted toward our key customer segments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Field, Customer, Sales, Content, etc.) to support preparing key messaging, successful promotion, and effective follow-up process. Understand the scope and operational requirements for each webinar, including inputs, timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables from cross-functional partners.
  • Implement process improvements for conducting webinars. Measure the effectiveness and communicate learnings across the organization. Be an excellent program manager, aligning stakeholders in one single direction.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience developing global webinar strategy
  • A seasoned adopter of webinar technology (Zoom, On 24)
  • 'Roll up the sleeves' attitude with strategic 'big picture' acumen
  • Proficiency in understanding data to make informed marketing decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate matrix situations and represent the team with integrity, professionalism, and self-sufficiency
