As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation for specific Key Accounts & responsible for the related geographical area.

Key Accountability's

  • Maintain, develop and grow existing accounts
  • Follow up enquiries in agreed accounts
  • Follow up all new account enquiries
  • Evaluate and act upon Industry/Account/Sector trends
  • Work as key point of contact for your Territory ensuring commercial activities are coordinated and targeted
  • Complete CRM / Call Planner
  • Visit end user customers to obtain information, provide advice and problem resolution
  • Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Achieve targets agreed and set for your area
  • Develop new business and accounts
  • Service the needs of your existing customers and accounts
  • Understand market conditions, via gathering and reporting market trends
  • Maintain Competitor Maintain Competitor Awareness
  • Work with the Sales Director to agree sales strategy.
  • Increase product portfolio through identification of customer processes
  • Work towards agreed sales budget
  • Build and maintain a working knowledge of our product range, industries served and customer
