We are seeking an experienced Social Listening Specialist who will be responsible for providing insightful Social Listening reports. The person will be responsible for hosting discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs, and will translate them into social listening queries to create insightful reports about Patients and HCPs around the world. He or she will work closely with our Data Analyst on creating one source of information and 360 customer view.

This is 12 months contract position with the possibility of converting to a permanent role

Responsibilities:

Be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, tools and social media trends, as well as industry updates, best practices to continuously improve our social listening.

Consult stakeholders on topic definitions, social listening measures and filters to define objectives and set deliverables for standard and custom reports.

Create queries (keywords, parameters) to ensure accurate and insightful mention and topic analysis.

Monitor and report on our company identity's relative position against competitors and leading companies.

Pull and interpret data from social listening tools including volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers, etc.

Define personas based on audience segmentation.

Transform social data into a clear story. Visualize finding, and provide actionable insights based on data that help inform our strategic planning and content efforts (this includes social media and web content, SEO and paid search).

Extend our current scale and evolve our social listening activity to include new sources.

Collaborate with Data Analyst to implement social analysis for campaigns/events and present insights back to inform content /Media decisions for campaign/event activities and advise on actions to take from optimisations stand point.

Work with Social Media Project Manager and Legal department to establish guidelines for all social media activities per country.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Computer Science, Information technology or Human-Computer Interaction or related educational concentration

Minimum 3+ years' experience in social listening

Experience in pharma a plus

Fluent in English + other European language a plus (preferably Spanish or German)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to transform data and ideas into a concise, yet compelling story.

Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver accurate reports without grammatical or data errors.

Must be comfortable presenting insights to a variety of audiences.

Strong familiarity and understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Forums, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn required.

Strong strategic understanding of social listening from a business perspective.

Experience pulling data from social media listening/analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Sysomos Radian 6, Visible Intelligence, Sprinklr, SimplyMeasured, etc.

Strong qualitative approach to compliment quantitative listening metrics.

Solid knowledge of SEO, paid search, keyword research and Google Analytics.
