Client Activation Sales Specialist - German

As a Client Activation Sales Specialist, you will consult with new accounts in the small business category, helping them to activate their jobs on the client's website. You will receive your leads daily and consult with clients through phone and email to understand client needs and present opportunities to help them be successful in using their various products and services.

Responsibilities:

Proactively prospect potential new clients.Educate potential clients on the various products and offerings.Properly demonstrate the different routes to return on investment.Meet quarterly goals including revenue and conversion rate.Deliver great client experiences and outcomes to ensure retention of new business.Meet productivity standards set by the team and other health KPIs.Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone or though video calls.Assist with client re-engagement and re-activation.

Requirements:

1+ years experience in Sales or Customer Service.Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.Proven experience in online advertising, search engine marketing, recruitment advertising or staffing agencies preferred.Proven sales and relationship building skills.Motivated to produce a high volume of outbound calls each day leading to positive client outcomes.
